CHICKEN PHO

Today my mom and I make some Vietnamese chicken Pho! My mom is such a good cook! Its the best CHICKEN PHO that i had ever had. Its so yummy! I wish I can share some with everybody!

It only took us one hour to finish cooking this delicious Pho  

The pho is consist of chicken broth, chicken strip and 2 different kind of parsleys, green onions, jalapeno, and fries green onions.  

Normally people eat pho with more vegetable leaves but they don't have those leaf this season so this is the garnish that we replace those vegetable leave with.

My first post will be about my movie day with my friend.


1/12/2011 was fun, Thanks to my awesome friend EVAN we got the free ticket to see the Screening of  the movie "THE GREEN HORNET" I really like the movie. Its so funny, JAY JOU IS SO HOT WITH HIS FIGHTING SKILL =D you guys should go see it when its in theater!!

My awesome and super cute friend NADINE went to see this movie with me! its our first movie of the year and its so good! We cannot cheat and sit on the VIP seat because a lady was telling us where to seat. We sat on the 2nd row watching a 3d movie! my eye was burning but its worth it.

YOU GUYS SHOULD GO SEE IT!! ITS REALLY IS AWESOME!

When the movie was over we went to wait for the bus to go home..but we wait for so long and no bus came

We felt abandon! hahaha JK...but seriously the bus really took like over 30 mins to come...so long

while we wait for the bus...cars pass by are trying to say hi to us....*sign* y do guys think that they can hit up a girl when they are in a car.....interesting how their brain function.... its not a proper way to pick up a girl NOOO!!! it will not work!!! 

Ok enough with me and my thinking that those random guy on the street are crazy. Other then that the day was great! I had a great day!

HOW IS EVERYBODY FIRST MOVIE EXPERIENCE THIS YEAR?

Hawaii

Hawaii was fun, i make lots of new friends. All my cousins are so nice. They take me shoppings and sights seeing.
But during my visit everything was so busy cause of the wedding and a 1 month baby b-day. Those two days was hectic.

The wedding was fun the newly wed couple look so cute together (Chi Nhi and Anh Hao) hope they love each other till the end of time. ^_^


I love the exotic fruit in Hawaii, it's the best!!
I finally get to eat the fruit i been wanting to eat for over 18 years.

what even more awsome is that i get to pick it and eat it right off the tree....i love to climb tree but omg the ants was crazy... i'm not going there LOL

But i did climb the star fruit tree and the guava tree with a skirt on...i'm crazy i know..but i just love to climb maybe i'm a monkey by nature  ^_^

this is me on a guava tree..looking all serious because that darn guava is so hard to get...And this is HUU friend house..i so hijack all his guava and star fruit. LOL

this is me picking on the start fruit tree...it taste soo sweet and crunchy..i really like it

i got too much and i can barely finish it.

Oh the shopping there was so much fun, i got wholesale price for almost everything i brought...i spend a lot of money there =/

my cousin want me to move there to study and live with her but don't know if i want a life in Hawaii

I'm used to my life here. But i would love to go back to visit and go to all the island there.  The ticket is cheap so when i have time, i'm flying there for the exotic fruit and fun!!!

AGIAN instead of writing my essay i'm making a blog....I'm pulling an all nighters...man it's so bad for your skin =(
So if you are crazy like me you need some remedies to keep a clear face...HERE THE TIP FOR ALL MY LADY FRIENDS, I KNOW U LOVE ME FOR IT!!!


Champagne is not only for drinking? what am i talking about? heheh well if you wear makeup and like to go out a lot, you will have a lot of dirt on your skin. And nothing can get rid of all those dirt and yucky stuff better than CHAMPAGNE. Champange detoxify your skin and fight free radical (aging) it also help even out skin tone and lighten skin. On top of that it provide a radiant glow. (GLOW/SPARKLE MY FAVORITE)

oh almost forgot this is for people with NORMAL-to oily skin, sry dry skin people.
Dry skin people should keep away cuz it will really dry your skin up. But you can do the facial mask..just scroll down ^_^


Instruction
Just pull a little bit of Champagne in a small dish just enough for you to wipe your whole face twice.
get a cotton and dip it in the champagne and gently clean your face with it.


Now moving on to FACIAL MASK
you can make these facial mask at home and it will do your skin wonder.
here is my 3 favorites one
it simple, it's easy, and it luscious

1~Banana, Sour Cream & Honey~

Mash 1/2 banana and add 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons sour
cream. Apply to face and let set for about 10 minutes. Gently wipe
off with a damp wash cloth

2.~simple AVOCADO~

Mash half of an avocado and apply to entire face. Let set for about
20 minutes and then gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.

3. ~Cucumber Yogurt~

Puree 1/2 peeled, sliced cucumber in a blender or food processor and
add 1 tablespoon yogurt. Apply to face and let set about 20 minutes.
Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.
